Overview
Psyon is a complete internal management system built for a psychedelic therapy clinic. The platform streamlines every aspect of clinic operations, from patient booking and appointment management to automated communications and document handling. The system integrates with multiple third-party services to provide a seamless experience for both clinic staff and patients.

Demo & Discovery
Built a working prototype demonstrating solutions for the clinic's scheduling complexity and third-party integrations. After client approval, mapped out the system architecture.
Architecture & Foundation
The biggest challenge: maintaining data consistency across multiple views. Appointments, products, and rooms appear in different contexts throughout the system. I built reusable utilities and standardized flows to keep everything coherent.
Integrations & Modularity
Integrated SmartEmailing for notifications, Fakturoid for invoicing, and Digisign for signatures. Designed a modular product system that lets the clinic create their own service offerings without code changes - they can manage everything themselves.
Launch & Migration
Migrated all existing data from Monday.com and their spreadsheets into the new system. Deployed to production and transitioned the clinic off their old tools completely.
Ongoing Development
Continuous development with regular client meetings to demo new features and refine workflows. The system keeps evolving based on real clinic needs - we're constantly adding new capabilities and improvements.
